For more than 30 years, I’ve been a writer in one form or another. I’ve worked as a writer for magazines, advertising agencies, non-profit and government agencies, educational organizations and political consulting firms.
Over the decades, I’ve collected hundreds of books of quotations to refer to in my work and to browse for fun.
I found out there are only a few books that explain the historical background and meaning of famous quotes and no books that organize them by date.
So, I decided to write one myself, incrementally, in the form of this blog.
I hope you find the entries here as educational and entertaining as the process of creating them is for me.
